Vermentino di Sardegna Doc
Sa Contessa is first of all a love story: it is in fact the affectionate nickname by which the winery owner’s wife is known.
After all, wine is always a story of feelings and passions and so this Vermentino di Sardegna Doc is a tribute to love.
Sa Contessa comes exclusively from the vineyards located right next to Monte Zara; these are clay soils that the mountain protects from incessantly blowing mistral winds. The peculiar salinity component comes instead from the sea proximity, the sea is in fact just a few kilometres away. The mountain also favours thermal excursion which influences the ripening of the grapes.
The rest is, as mentioned, love, care, passion.
